HBMBA 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

February 25 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST

Register to attend the 2024 AGM!

Please register for the Hamilton Burlington Mountain Bike Association (HBMBA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday February 25th, 2024 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.  The 2024 AGM will be held in person Grain and Grit and hosted virtually. Due to space restrictions, the in person attendance will be capped at 35 people total but online virtual attendance will be unlimited. Please be mindful when selecting your registration style as In Person or Virtual. We have selected the venue for in person based on historical in person attendance numbers.

The AGM will last approximately 2 hours and is an important meeting for all members.  Firstly, it’s required by our bylaws and incorporation as critical voting on the previous fiscal year’s statements and Board of Directors will occur. Secondly, it’s where members are provided with an update on the past years activities and plans for the following year. Lastly, it’s an avenue for you to provide feedback on what you would like to see from the organization.
