Members can Register for the 2023 AGM!

Members, please register for the Hamilton Burlington Mountain Bike Association (HBMBA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 27th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The 2023 AGM will be held in person (Relay: Staircase Cafe 27 Dundurn St N, Hamilton, ON L8R 1A1) and virtually. The AGM will last approximately 2 hours and is an important meeting for all members. Firstly, it’s required by our bylaws and incorporation as critical voting on the previous fiscal year’s statements and Board of Directors will occur. Secondly, it’s where members are provided with an update on the past year’s activities and plans for the following year. Lastly, it’s an avenue for you to provide feedback on what you would like to see from the organization.
