HBMBA Dig Day #4
September 14 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm EDT

The HBMBA team is excited to host our fourth weekend Community Dig Day at Christie Lake on Sunday, September 14 at 9:30 am. In this hands-on Dig Day, participants will be introduced to tools of the trade, learn about safety, and have an opportunity to work on trail maintenance.
Who Can Join Us
No experience is required and all HBMBA members are welcome. Non-members may attend one trail build day, but must become a member in order to attend additional build days due to the HBMBA’s insurance and liability policy.
Participants must be 18+. If you have younger family members keen to join us, please reach out to hello@hbmba.ca and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please sign up at this link to confirm your spot.
Dig Day volunteers will have free access to Christie Lake if they don’t have an annual Hamilton Conservation Pass. Members will simply have to show their HBMBA membership confirmation and their Dig Day reservation at the main gate to gain access to the park free of charge.
Meeting Place
Mountain bike parking lot at Christie Lake Conservation Authority (the west-most parking lot, follow signage).
What to Bring
- Sturdy shoes (steel toe is ideal, but not necessary)
